Great movie, I 100% reccomend it. I didn't watch all of one piece films but this is definitely better than One piece Red, it has an amazing story build up. I also suggest watching the prologue (One piece Strong World episode 0). The four filler episodes serving as a presentation to the movie ( from 426 to 429) are not a must watch though.
