2 types of ppl in the world. Ppl who have made this show their ENTIRE LIVES (ranging from "literally me" to "I understand where he's coming from") and ppl who are indifferent to the show. There IS no audience who "hates" the show.

This is a bad hentai, likely from the minds of the Queen Bee staff, and I have higher standards. I think MOST ppl have higher standards. I don't like Goblin Slayer but at least it has a reasonable plot. MC is obsessed with goblins bc they destroyed his life. This MC hates a kingdom bc of the leaders who created a society where he was continuously abused (to a comedic, surrealistic degree; he's mad at society, really) and takes the most edge-lordy version of revenge. I think Shield Hero gets boring when it gets past the revenge arc, but it has a much better revenge story. He tries to move on with his life. He isn't allowed to. He swears revenge and tries to take it. That doesn't go as planned either. This show has a lot in common with Overlord in that it's VERY one note. MC wants revenge, gets it 100% of the time with few hurdles. Not very compelling.

And just to solidify that it's a hentai, at the end when he's supposed to get revenge against the priest who diddled him, they cut to credits bc...you can't write in hot sex scenes when someone is picturing being raped by a man. I mean, you could, but that sounds more like a gay hentai. Also, the bait would either be himself (rife with uncomfortable flash backs) or another little boy who he hopes to save from a similar fate. Really not the subject of any popular hentai. So instead of the uncomfortable subjects free of any lead ins to sex (seriously. He could prepare to confront the priest by having sex with his girlfriends, but there's still the flashbacks to consider), they cut it short. And since it IS a hentai, I get why they cut it short.

I'm not going to do that thing where I don't provide examples, so I will at length:

1. The Sleepless series is ACTUALLY cursed, but at least it has outstanding art.
2. The Erotic Temptress is my fave story related hentai,
3. Ikenie is lit,
4. Soredemo Tsuma o Aishiteru is also REALLY messed up, but that's how some stories are,
5. Dragon Knight if you're interested in a time travel story with revenge elements in the sword and shield era,
6. The Stringendo series by Seto Yuuki is actually GOATed,
and for stories that are SO good that you forget about sex, I'd pick,
7. Kawarazaki-ke no Ichizoku (godlike story and twist) or
8. Residence (warning. If you're not secure in your sexuality you won't be getting much sleep after this one).
There's about 48 eps total if you count the extended series of Stringendo (Strella, Accelerando, Sara, etc).

You have options is what I'm attempting to communicate, and I've given you 8 better options off the top of my head. You're welcome. Hentai is a pool that's a thimble deep and this story is one of the worst I've ever seen (bottom of thimble). If we're talking strictly anime I wouldn't bother rendering an opinion bc it's laughably bad. In fact, to compare this series to my 8th option is to insult my 8th option bc Residence has a MUCH better story than Redo of Healer.

TLDR; You're championing low quality hentai when you have MANY better options.
