Being a huge fan of the original 80's anime, I was honestly really hyped for this. The Opening for the first cour blew me away same as the second one. It's got an outstanding visual style and can be very expressive when need be. I think the humor has been saturated to an unbelievable degree but I guess not much of it aged too well. It's best to watch it in it's original format (manga, 80's anime, I mean), if you want all the humor preserved. The way episodes are adapted in the reboot is very well done (for the most part). Overall, a good reboot.
