This anime is overwhelmed with random degeneracy. quite a good watch, really funny with every episode getting better. The charecters are well written, each facing their own problems and trying to help each other with it, and always ending up with chaos. Good romance and quite funny. The humor in this show is quite similar to "majikoi!oh samurai girls!"
