When a wrecked car with a dead body inside is dredged out of the bay, the STN-J finds itself embroiled in a bank robbery case involving 200 million yen. What initially seemed an open and shut case becomes morally ambiguous when not the remaining suspect Tazawa Tsuneo, but his preadolescent nephew Mamoru Kudou is revealed to be a powerful witch and thus their target.
