It`s New Year`s Eve, and the musicians of T.L.System are eagerly awaiting their annual live gig on the next day, even more so as Yoriko promised to visit the gig even though her family`s shrine is busy during holidays. Yoriko tries to convince Kyouta to go to college after his school exam but the boy wants to pursuit his dream of becoming a professional singer first. And unnoticed by normal humans, the first battles between the factions are taking place in the sky above the concert location.
