Lately, humans just haven`t been afraid of the yokai Kaminari. He thinks fondly of the days when people used to fear he would take their belly buttons... With all his powers going to waste, he attracts the attention of Ratman. Together with a suspicious group, Ratman starts up "BiBiBi Electric" using the electricity Kaminari creates and it`s a tremendous success! The mascot character based on Kaminari is popular, too, and Ratman chuckles to himself over a roll of banknotes, but slowly his control begins to slip...!?
