An illicit auction selling smuggled treasures is taking place. Lupin targets the auction, but is outsmarted by Fujiko, who takes the auction items for herself, as she usually does. In the process, Lupin discovers the auctioneer is Cornelia, the woman he once loved who died saving his life. Has Cornelia really risen from her grave and if so, why?
