Lupin and Inspector Zenigata get kidnapped and the two are forcibly conscripted into the Foreign Legion in Morocco. Lupin and Inspector Zenigata make a run for it, but not before they`re shackled together at the neck. Now the two must form an awkward alliance to pull off their escape. Can Lupin and Inspector Zenigata overcome their differences, at least temporarily?
